The Rev. Thomas Johnson produced an account of the
disbursements he had made and the cash he had received on account of the erection of the
church, by which it appeared that he had received ~112.19.5 (inclusive of his own
contribution of ~25.00) 99.10.11.exclusive of certain other payments, made by him, the
particulars of which he was not at present prepared to present to the meeting.

Moved by Mr. D. Batchelder, seconded by Mr. Enoch Dickie, and resolved unanimously that
the account now produced and presented to this meeting by The Rev'd. Thomas Johnson, be
received, agreed to and passed, as it was passed accordingly.

Moved by Mr. Standish, seconded by Mr. R. Standish and resolved unanimously that the
Churchwardens be requested to move the seats 1 foot, 3 in. further from the walls and to
divide each of them into two sittings to be numbered from 1 to 40 inclusively, which seats
however should be moved back again upon any occasion requiring the same to be moved back
again upon any occasion requiring the same to be done, and the persons occupying the
sittings nearest the wall, should then be permitted to pass to their seats from the middle
of the Church.

At the desire of rhe Reverend F. Robinson, it was resolved unanimously that the sittings
shall be forthwith let at a rentalfor the current year, to the highest bidders for the
same, the rental being 2/6 for each sitting.

Moved by Mr. Standish seconded by Mr. Dickey and resolved unanimously that the sittings
shall be forthwith let at a rental for the current year, to the highest bidders for the
same, the rental being 2/6 for each sitting.
